The Provider grants the User the right to use the Service for managing, enriching and distributing product feeds intended for advertising and catalog platforms (Meta Commerce Manager, Google Merchant Center and others). The scope of features is defined by the current pricing and the Service documentation.

The account is non-transferable.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these limits and the Service functionality at any time. After the beta phase, the Service may be offered against a fee under the pricing published at that time; the User will be informed in advance.
5. Acceptable use
The User agrees not to use the Service to: (a) upload or process data they are not legally entitled to, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, disable security measures or damage the Service, (c) violate the laws of the Slovak Republic, the European Union or any third country, (d) infringe intellectual property or personal rights of third parties, (e) resell or provide the Service to third parties without the Provider's prior written consent, (f) distribute malware, spam or phishing.

The User remains the owner of the data they upload to the Service and grants the Provider the right to process such data to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
7. Pricing, payment terms and invoicing
During the free beta the Provider charges no fees. Once paid plans are introduced, prices will be published at www.feedaro.eu/en/pricing. Invoices are issued electronically pursuant to Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax. The Provider is a VAT payer.
8. Service availability and maintenance
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7 but does not guarantee any specific SLA during the free beta phase. Planned maintenance will be announced to Users in advance via the application or email.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss or business interruption. The Provider's total liability for damages is capped at the amount of fees paid by the User in the past 12 months, or at EUR 100 for a free account.
10. Term and termination
The Contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The User may delete their account at any time via Account → Delete account, which marks the record for deletion (see Privacy Policy, section "Retention"). The Provider may terminate the Contract with 30 days' notice. In the event of material breach of these Terms, the Provider may suspend or terminate the account immediately; the User will be notified.
